Description: The Baker Heights Church of Christ seeks a pulpit minister who has an excellent knowledge of the Scriptures and who possesses an exceptional ability to preach, teach, and equip the Church for discipleship and service. Located next to Dyess Air Force Base, Abilene is home to multiple colleges and is a safe, friendly area to raise a family or to enjoy retirement. The current minister is set to retire in March 2024. Our Church family of 250 members is friendly, diverse, mutually supportive, and energetic. Great opportunity for a leader who wants to extend outreach via podcasting and digital channels.
