Description:
The church of Christ in Foristell, Missouri is seeking a male youth ministry or preaching-focused intern for 8 weeks in the summer of 2023. The ideal candidate is enrolled in college, university, or a preaching school and seeking a Bible degree. Your goal should be to work in ministry, with the youth, in mission work, church planting, or any other ministry within the church. You will be working under the direction of the elders at Foristell and work closely with the preacher to gain skills helpful towards full-time ministry.

We seek to help you gain practical ministry organizational skills, develop your writing, speaking, and preaching skills, to help you learn the basics of ministry within different work areas in the church, to develop visitation skills, and to help you work with the youth. We are only seeking those who are mature enough to be a spiritual mentor to others, especially the youth, and who can be a Christ-like example to the congregation.

This is a paid internship of $625 per week. Housing is provided with a local family. We are a congregation of about 85 members with 3 caring shepherds. We strive to be a Biblically-based congregation of the Lord’s church in the Western St Louis area.
